At TERPLABZ we use payment processors that have customer and vendor privacy first. Choose your preferred payment method and complete your order safely. We cannot see your identity data with any of the payment methods.

Crypto transfer
Pay with BTC, SOL, USDC & more. Send crypto directly to our secure wallet. The payment is automatically verified by our system and your order will be processed automatically.
For other cryptocurrencies than provided on the checkout page, please contact us.
Rewarble gift card
We accept Rewarble EUR gift cards, you can buy them for example on Coingate or G2A.
Checkout your order on the website and select gift card. Aend us the code on Telegram or to contact@terpla.bz, the payment will be approved manually (Telegram is fastest).

Paygate
Paygate uses specialized payment processors to keep your payment and identity details separate from our website and order system. Your personal data stays with the selected payment processor. We do not receive, store or have access to your ID check data.
Select Paygate at checkout and choose one of the available payment methods.
The payment processor guides you through the payment. The crypto part happens in the background.
Once the payment reaches our wallet, your order will be processed.
Do not change the amount or address
In most payment methods, the amount and receiving crypto address are filled in automatically. Please do not edit these details, otherwise the payment may not match your order correctly.
You can complete the payment without owning crypto or using your own wallet.
Some processors require an ID check for AML compliance. This is handled by the processor, not by us.
This can simply mean the payment is still pending. You can usually still complete the payment.
Payment and identity data stay with the processor
We use specialized payment processors so your payment route and identity details are not directly connected to our website or order system. We do not receive your ID check data.
If the payment, ID check or transaction is not completed yet, please contact the selected payment processor. We cannot see or control processor side verification steps.
We can check whether the payment has reached our wallet and whether your order can be processed. Contact us for payment receipt, order, product or shipping questions.
The exact steps may vary by payment method. In general, if you simply follow the instructions from the payment processor and do not change the prefilled payment details, everything should work normally.

I’ve never used this payment method before. Is it hard?
Not at all. With providers like Alchemy Pay, you can pay using your regular bank card or Apple Pay — and the crypto part happens in the background. It’s as easy as any other online payment. If you prefer, you can also use direct transfers like BTC or SOL, but that’s entirely optional.
Why don’t you accept PayPal or traditional bank transfers?
We focus on privacy, speed, and global accessibility — and crypto allows us to offer all three. Traditional methods are slower, more expensive, and often block cannabis-related businesses. With crypto, we keep everything fast, discreet, and hassle-free.
How long does it take for my payment to be confirmed?
Most payments are confirmed instantly. On your first transaction it might take up to 10 minutes depending on the network. After that, your wallet is verified and future payments are even smoother. We recommend using the same method each time for the best experience.
