Yes. Our products are formulated for real effects. Our products contain the same cannabinoids you find in natural cannabis: Δ9, THCA, THCP, and many others. Our blends are among the most potent on the market.
It depends on the strain and terpene profile. Live resin products have the strongest cannabis smell. Products with cannabis-derived terpenes can also smell like cannabis, but usually not as strong as flower and the smell does not linger in the same way. Fruity strains have no real cannabis smell at all, just a fruity vapor aroma. These are the best option if you want full discretion.
That depends entirely on how you use it, especially your voltage setting, hit length and blend type. If you take short puffs at low voltage, your cart will last significantly longer than if you're ripping 10 second hits at 3.4V all day. For reference: TERPLABZ 2ml Δ9 carts will give you about 500 10 second hits. Our products are designed for maximum efficiency and longevity, and will last longer per ml then you are used to.

No. All TERPLABZ products (and every other brand we sell) are 100% free from PG (propylene glycol), VG (vegetable glycerin), MCT oil, vitamin E acetate and other harmful substances. These additives are often used as cheap thinners or carriers, but they don't belong in a quality vape. We only work with clean, lab-tested distillates and terpenes, nothing else.
Product names are based on real cannabis strains. These names reflect the terpene profiles used in the blend, meaning the way it tastes and smells is inspired by that strain. So when you see names like Durban Poison or Lemon Cherry Gelato, that's the vibe the cart delivers.
For some products the names are more creative and flavor-driven. They don't match specific cannabis strains, but instead highlight unique fruity (natural) terpene mixes crafted for taste and discretion. Either way, the name gives you a solid hint at the experience inside.
Our products are only sold and shipped where they are legal. Due to the constantly changing landscape of cannabis laws, which differ between countries, states, and even cities, we can't offer legal advice or make blanket statements.

Shipments to the EU and UK are fully covered by our in house insurance. Please note that orders outside the EU or UK do not qualify for free reshipments.
When selecting a pickup point shipping method (only available within the European Union, excluding Greece and Ireland), you can choose a preferred pickup point by adding it in the pickup point field.
In the address field, you can either put in your own address or also the address of the pickup point. You will need to remember this address when picking up the package.
For pickup points your own name is needed because they can ask at hand out.
For parcel lockers you can use any name since they don't check ID, but if the locker is full, it will go to another pickup point and you might not be able to pick it up.

Original packaging: The products are left in their original packaging.
Stealth shipping: We use specialized stealth packaging specifically designed to pass customs checks. We also add an extra dummy flyer and make sure smelly products are always vacuum sealed.
For shipments outside of the EU, we always recommend to only buy cartridges (no disposables), stay away from rosin/resin products, and select stealth shipping for safe delivery. Packages outside the EU or UK are not covered by our insurance.
We ship from legal locations depending on the product and regional regulations. Most shipments are sent from within Europe. We take compliance seriously, and only ship from areas where the products are legal to sell and ship.

Always. We ship in plain packaging, either brown boxes or white mailers, without any logos, brand names, or references to THC. For extra peace of mind, we offer an optional stealth shipping service: your order is repacked in custom discreet packaging for even more privacy inside the box. No one will know what's inside, even if the box is opened.
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a free replacement right away. You'll need to return the defective item (on our cost), so we can verify and process the claim.
We only accept returns if the product arrived defective. If your product isn't working properly, reach out within 24 hours and we'll take care of it.
Absolutely. Every order comes with Track & Trace, so you'll always know where your package is. Need help? Pending payment: Your payment is currently being processed.
Cancelled: This indicates the payment is pending. The order is not actually cancelled, but is awaiting payment confirmation. Once the payment is received, the order status will change from cancelled to processing.
Failed: In most cases, the cryptocurrency payment has been received, but not enough was sent—for example, due to not covering your own wallet transaction fees. Please contact us if you see this status.
Processing: We have received your payment and are preparing your order for shipment.
Shipped: The shipment has been dispatched. You can find the tracking number in the email you received when the order status changed to shipped.
When pickup point shipping is available for your region, you can simply enter the full address of the pickup point in the address fields. There is no need to share your personal address—we will automatically select the closest pickup point or locker to the address you entered.
If you have a preferred pickup point, please enter the full name and address in the "preferred pickup point" field.
Your personal name is not required for parcel lockers. However, with physical pickup points, they may sometimes ask for ID when collecting the package. Note that if a locker is full, the courier will redirect it to another pickup point—which could be a physical location requiring ID matching the correct name.
If you prefer not to share your full name, we recommend using a name with a 1-2 letter variation. This allows you to collect the package with your ID by claiming a typing error, while remaining untraceable to the package.
Phone numbers are not required for pickup deliveries; however, a working email address is always necessary.
This means you can order to pickup lockers without sharing any personal details, ensuring fully private shipment. Within the EU, using your own name is generally safe, but you have the option to remain completely anonymous if desired.
